Cazador Consulting Group is hunting for a skilled office manager. A familiarity with certified payroll is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping, certified payroll reporting, and various other financial tasks. The office manager’s responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, filing paperwork, processing invoices, timecard and payroll entry into QuickBooks, uploading to the ca.dir.gov and stocking the office with supplies and equipment. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.

This position is fast-paced and will continue to provide a person with daily challenges that in exchange for the daily challenge will be a rewarding career. This company is a very specialized field in construction which demands attention to details and has lots of moving parts. A successful Office Manager should be able to organize their daily list of tasks based on priority and be open minded and willing to reorder the priority list based on needs expressed.
