This (Human Resource) HR Clerk position will give the right candidate the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management while helping to promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. As well as maintaining and updating personnel records such as information on transfers, promotions, employee leave taken and accumulated, salaries, qualifications and trainings. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws is a must.  An individual with excellent communication and people skills, along with a desire to work as a team who brings a results driven approach is the ideal candidate.
