The role of the Front Desk Coordinator is to support the property management team at the front desk. You will be responsible for greeting clients and customers, answering phones and making appointments, ensuring compliance with front desk policies, and interacting with the administrative personal and clients.

Our friendly Front Desk Coordinator plays a very important role in our office. We rely on our professional team to provide our clients and customers with a pleasant experience from start to finish. We strive to consistently care for our clients and customers with enthusiasm and a friendly smile.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8 am – 5 pm
  • $17 per hour

Main responsibilities:

  • Previous office setting experience (at least 2 years)
  • Excellent customer relation/service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with banking or handling money a plus+
  • Administrative, clerical
  • Use of multi-line phone system
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Professional office setting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
