· Over 5 years’ experience complying with Section 8 and Tax Credit regulations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Full understanding of Affordable housing and LIHTC.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Availability to travel as needed.
· Implement regulations, programs, and policies daily.
· Ensure records are maintained for all management on a regular basis.
· Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
· Review recertification files.
· Perform audits on files.
· Train employees on tax credit.
· Manage, track, and organize multiple tasks and assignments.
