Are you familiar with the Medi-Cal re-enrollment process? You will be helping members prepare and submit documentation required for the purpose Medi-Cal eligibility maintenance. You will Proactively identify, document, and report opportunities for improvement. Assist members with the navigation of the BenefitsCal online portal.
Experience:
Two (2) or more years of recent experience in a customer service organization or related field
with a high degree of problem-solving and decision-making. Strong telephone and
communication skills are required.
Typing skills of 30+ NWPM; Required.
